We operate GoHighLevel under an agency account and offer an alternative billing arrangement for self-managed users.

This is not a feature change, rebuild, or management service.
It’s a pricing and account-structure change only.

What This Is

A GoHighLevel billing option for people who already know how to run their own system.

Literally nothing changes except the domain you use to access your account. This is like swapping who hosts your website for an alternative and never noticing a single difference.

What This is Not

• Active CRM management
• Funnel or automation builds
• Ads, strategy, or consulting
• Ongoing support or troubleshooting

This is intentionally narrow. If you would like some help, I can offer referrals only.

How It Works

  1. You share what you’re currently paying
  2. We confirm whether an alternative billing arrangement is available
  3. If yes, we migrate your account under our agency
  4. You continue using GoHighLevel exactly as before, with adjusted billing

If a clean migration isn’t possible, we stop. No obligation.

FAQs

Does anything change in my account?

No. You keep using GoHighLevel the exact same way.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30-days notice over email. We hate tricky cancellation policies ourselves and will not perpetuate that.

Do you provide support?

We don’t provide CRM support, troubleshooting, or ongoing management at this time, but may in the future.

If you already have staff or an agency managing your GoHighLevel account, that’s fine — all users and permissions migrate as-is. Nothing changes operationally. We’re simply not the support provider.

How is my data handled?

Your data stays inside your own GoHighLevel sub-account. We don’t access, manage, or use your data beyond what’s required to complete the migration and billing setup. From a privacy and security standpoint, nothing changes, your information is still ultimately on GHL’s servers. You are just switching the middleman holding your sub-account the same way you’d switch web hosts.

Am I locked in or “handcuffed” to your agency?

No. GoHighLevel accounts are always portable. If you ever want to move your account to another agency or back to direct billing, you don’t need our permission to initiate a transfer at any time. We have no mechanism to prevent or lock you down.
